Never been to our studio? Here are some tips for your first visit.
What to Expect
-A welcoming atmosphere with no judgement.

-Well educated and supportive instructors.

-People of all shapes, sizes, and ability levels.

-A calm, quiet space for your practice.

-A stronger physical and mental being.

-A heated yoga room
(temperature varies by class)

-To have fun!

How to Prepare
-Bring a towel, yoga mat, and water. Rentals available if you don't have a mat ($2) or towel ($1).​
​
-Wear light, comfortable, & breathable exercise clothing.
​
-Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
​
-Arrive 10-15 minutes early, the doors are
locked when class begins.
​
-Sign up for class online to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are accepted, but a spot is not guaranteed if you don't reserve ahead.
Yoga Room Etiquette
-Limit noise in the yoga room.
​
-Keep your instructor informed
(injuries, ailments, restrictions, etc.)
​
-No cell phones or shoes in the yoga room.
​
-Be mindful of your immediate practice area and those around you.
​
-Drink water and take breaks as needed.
​
-Props are available to use. Make sure to clean off any props you use before putting them back.​​
