Rebecca started her yoga journey in 2017 as another way to exercise but quickly fell in love with the mind and body connection. After a couple of years at a gym-based studio, she followed her teachers to Shangri-la Hot Yoga and really focused on her practice. Rebecca’s passion for teaching and wanting to share the many benefits of yoga with others then emerged. She recently graduated from the 200hr training at Shangri-la Hot Yoga in January 2022. Rebecca’s focus is to empower yogis on and off the mat by creating a space that’s fun and uplifting.
