Michelle Williams


Michelle fell in love with yoga in 2016 and did both her 200 RYT and yin certifications less than a year later.  She initially had no desire to teach and just wanted to deepen her practice and learn more about the ways yoga benefits the body and mind.  However, she was surprised by how much she enjoyed leading others through their yoga journeys and began teaching shortly after getting her certifications.  She loves continuing to develop her own practice and takes joy in seeing others find fulfillment through yoga.
