Melissa was first brought into a yoga class in 2014 by her sister, and instantly fell in love. It made her feel stronger, while also helping her relax and destress. Over 4 years later she did her 200hr YTT with Yoga Six. Her classes focus on using your breath and body as a guide to flow. She fully believes that each person’s body is different, and strives to make her classes accessible for everyone who comes in. Her goal is to have her students leave her classes feeling both challenged and supported. Melissa moved to Clarksville from San Diego, CA in late 2018 and loves to share her love of yoga with her new home!
