David has an extensive background in sports and fitness. After several sports injuries, he first found yoga as a way to heal and mend, then slowly learned it could strengthen and empower. It is now his favorite form of preventative medicine. David teaches with a descriptive and intentional attitude as well as a fun, lighthearted energy. His favorite pose is a toss up between warrior 3 and handstand.
