Blossom took her first yoga class almost a decade ago. What originally began as a search for a workout that she didn't dread... quickly became a passion. She took a few years break while going through some major life changes. This break led her to realize how much she needed a regular practice in her life for her mental and physical health. She ran, nah, sprinted to Shangri-La and committed herself to a regular practice again. She also found a yoga family and the inspiration to share yoga with others! Her hope is to lead classes that are fun, energetic and a space for self love, self acceptance, and continued growth.
